Salesforce Project Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with strong expertise in managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management, along with strong project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.

- Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful Salesforce solution delivery.

- Work closely with Salesforce teams on Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management implementations, enhancements, and integrations.

- Track project progress, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.

- Identify potential delivery roadblocks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution.

- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, status updates, and governance discussions.

- Ensure effective communication across internal teams, business stakeholders, clients, and implementation partners.

- Manage multiple Salesforce initiatives simultaneously while maintaining priorities, timelines, and delivery quality.

- Support release planning, testing, deployment, and production stabilization activities.

- Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and governance artefacts are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 14 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Salesforce Project Management / Salesforce delivery.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related implementation processes.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management / loyalty program implementations.

- Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or releases simultaneously.

- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency management, and governance skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, and senior leadership teams.

- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to project risks and issues.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables and coordinate effectively with Salesforce technical teams.
