Job Description

Finance Director, Management Reporting:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Management Reporting Lead to prepare and deliver accurate management reports and conduct detailed financial analysis. This role is pivotal in driving the future of finance within our organization, ensuring data quality and standardization, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale finance programs, building enterprise wide reporting and dashboards, and utilizing business intelligence and AI tools as this role requires a deep understanding of management reporting, financial planning, and data management.

Essential Functions:

• Reporting & Delivery Center Leadership: Lead the development and scaling of a centralized Finance reporting organization supporting Corporate, Business Unit, and Regional Finance teams. Establish development standards, quality assurance processes, release management practices, and support models to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality reporting solutions. Drive the automation of recurring management reporting processes through standardized development methodologies and operational excellence.
• Governance & Reporting Standards: Partner with FP&A, Data, and Technology organizations to improve data quality, metric consistency, KPI governance, and reporting readiness. Drive standardization of business definitions, semantic model build, reporting hierarchies, and management reporting frameworks to ensure a single source of truth across Finance. Support the development and adoption of enterprise semantic models and certified reporting assets.
• Automation & Productivity Enablement: Lead a team which will identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, analytics, and business processes through modern technologies and tools. Leverage Power Automate, Python, AI-enabled capabilities, and workflow automation solutions to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate delivery timelines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
• Team Management: Build and oversee the management of a local team to ensure finance meets key deliverables by coordinating efforts across various regions to maintain consistency and accuracy in management reporting. Establish career paths, talent development programs, delivery standards, and resource models that enable long-term scalability and operational efficiency.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD).
• Extensive experience in Finance analysis and reporting including proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and other MS Power Suite tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 17 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 15 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 12+ years of experience
• Track record of building a high-performing team from scratch while successfully aligning local operations with global stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale finance programs with cross-functional exposure.
• Excellent communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM, as well as business intelligence and AI tools and techniques.
• Experience leading finance reporting, business intelligence, dashboards, and products for financial reporting and analysis, providing clear and concise visualizations of complex data.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, driving business performance and innovation.
