Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistance out of Santiago de Chile office reporting into the Country Manager. In this role, you can expect responsibilities such as:
- Coordinate Executive Communications
- Prepare internal and external documents for partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Arrange corporate events
- Office administration
Visarequiresat least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience
- Corporate Administration software experience
- English
- C-Level Assistant Experience
