Job Description

• ead client relationships and business development initiatives across strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, developing consulting proposals, influencing senior stakeholders, and expanding Visa Consulting & Analytics' revenue and impact with clients
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions.
  • Understand client priorities and business challenges.
  • Present recommendations to senior management.
  • Support realization of client outcomes and business impact
  • Support proposal development and opportunity identification.
  • Contribute to scope definition and project planning.
  • Develop commercial hypotheses and business cases.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Client Services teams to originate new engagements
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, working cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk, and Merchant Solutions.
  • Lead project workstreams and day-to-day engagement activities.
  • Structure client problems and develop hypotheses.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Develop recommendations and business cases.
  • Create executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
  • Support implementation planning and execution
• Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines
• Work across advisory practices (Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, Merchants) to execute engagements across the VCA verticals.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, payments, banking, fintech, analytics, strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading project workstreams and managing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders
• Experience in business management
• Strong internal team and external client stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
• Strong people management skills and leadership qualities
• Strong presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
• Experience in and passion for the power of analytics and a tenacity to implement
• Experience in working on business value cases that prove ROI
• Solutions-focused mindset and resourceful
