Team Summary
Based in Singapore within the Asia Pacific Fleet & Mobility team, this role leads solution architecture and delivery for strategic fleet payment initiatives across the region. Working closely with clients, distribution partners, technology providers, and cross-functional Visa teams, the role is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling innovative fleet and mobility payment solutions that support Visa's growth strategy in new payment flows.

This role is accountable for leading end-to-end solution design and delivery of complex fleet payment programs across Asia Pacific. The Senior Manager serves as the bridge between business, technology, and delivery teams, translating client requirements into scalable solution architectures, managing implementation programs, and driving strategic partner engagements from concept through launch. The role combines solution architecture, client engagement, program delivery, and market development responsibilities to accelerate Visa's expansion in the fleet and mobility payments ecosystem.

Projects you will be a part of
Strategic fleet and mobility payment solution deployments across Asia Pacific markets
End-to-end solution architecture and implementation for issuers, technology partners, and service providers
Client and partner engagements focused on new payment use cases, product capabilities, and integration models
Cross-functional delivery programs requiring coordination across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Privacy, Government Engagement, and Client Services teams
Market growth initiatives, digital transformation roadmaps, and solution innovation programs supporting Visa's fleet strategy
Development of business requirements, implementation plans, governance frameworks, and delivery operating models for complex regional programs
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-sales discussions with key Visa distribution partners, including card issuers, technology enablers and service providers. Understand their needs, priorities and use cases, and use this insight to shape the sales process.
Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for key client projects, including scope, plans, milestones, governance, risks, decisions and stakeholder updates.
Coordinate approvals and implementation across Risk, Client Services, Legal, Privacy and Government Engagement.
Work with technology partners to design and test new use cases, product features and delivery approaches, and turn integration needs into clear requirements for Visa Technology teams.
Develop integrated solutions using relevant Visa products and partner capabilities.
Advise on fleet payment options that align Visa and partner capabilities with local payment systems and government priorities.
Maintain knowledge of Visa capabilities, local payment systems and market trends to design solutions that are easy to use, implement and scale.
Shape market growth strategies, digital roadmaps and product priorities based on client needs.
Gather and reconcile input from clients, partners and Visa teams, and produce clear, detailed Business Requirements Documents that define the solution, delivery approach, responsibilities and timeframe.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
What you will need
Min 10+ years of strong solution architecture experience, including turning business goals into end-to-end technical designs and integration plans for complex enterprise clients.
Proven ability to turn client needs into clear requirements, scope and measures of success, using or adapting existing products where appropriate.
Ability to gather and reconcile input from multiple parties and write detailed Business Requirements Documents that clearly explain what will be delivered, how it will be delivered, who is responsible and the agreed timeframe.
Experience managing complex, multi-party integration projects, including plans, milestones, risks, decisions and senior stakeholder updates.
Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, software development kits, mobile and web applications, and real-time payments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with clients and senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a complex organisation.
Proven ability to solve complex, unclear problems and deliver results.
A curious, practical and positive approach, with a strong willingness to learn and the ability to work well with uncertainty.
What will also help
Experience in payments, fleet and mobility, financial technology, consulting, pre-sales or solution delivery.
Experience using design thinking to develop products.
Experience in business or partnership development in the payments industry.
Knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and payment systems, including real-time payments, wallets, payment gateways, payouts and online marketplaces.
A project delivery certification or agile delivery experience, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner, or a formal project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Experience using at least one agile product management tool, such as Rally, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Roadmunk or Mural.
Previous fleet or fuel industry experience is helpful but not required.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and SharePoint.
