Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 1st Shift Photolithography Operator.
Job Location:
Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!
What you will be doing:
- Set up and operate SVG spinner equipment, and poly spinner.
- Inspect photomasks and substrates/wafers using various types of microscopes and make final determination of good or bad.
- Perform conductor, resistor, and polyimide exposure procedures using mask aligner equipment.
- Etch both conductor and resistor patterns/
- Develop substrates/wafers for proper alignment and line width using a microscope and make final determination of good or bad.
- Responsible for making and disposing of acid baths.
- Plasma clean plates when necessary.
What you will bring along:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write to interpret production documents and accurately record required information.
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using a learned method or a calculator.
- Eye-hand coordination and good manual dexterity to accurately process small parts manufactured.
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail to work with chemicals in a safe manner.
- Ability to successfully multi-task.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean workstation.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instruction to take work direction accurately.
- Qualified to perform multiple jobs and has the responsibility of training other employees
Pay Range:
$17-19 per hour
