Head - Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Global Opportunity Identification: Research and analyse business opportunities across geographies and consumer-facing sectors, with an initial focus on banking, financial services, and fintech.

- Strategic Business Development: Identify prospective customers, assess market potential, develop go-to-market strategies, and build a strong pipeline of enterprise business opportunities.

- Concept Selling & Custom Pitch Development: Develop tailored business propositions and presentations demonstrating how Louie Voice can enhance customer experience, accessibility, and digital transaction journeys across mobile applications and websites.

- CXO-Level Engagement: Engage with senior management, including CXOs and business leaders, to understand business challenges, pitch innovative solutions, and drive strategic conversations.

- Solution Demonstrations & Video Renditions: Conceptualise and develop customer-specific video demonstrations and use cases showcasing the potential of Louie Voice across relevant digital platforms and customer journeys.

- Product Understanding & Solution Consulting: Develop a deep conceptual understanding of Louie Voice's AI-driven voice interface and SDK, translating its technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for prospective customers.

- Customer Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from opportunity identification and initial engagement to solution presentation, negotiations, onboarding coordination, and ongoing relationship management.

- Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers, coordinating with internal teams and the Founder to ensure effective communication, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.

- Commercial Negotiations & Deal Closure: Lead customer discussions on business proposals, commercials, and partnership terms, driving opportunities towards successful deal closure.

- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and evolving market opportunities to identify new applications and growth avenues for Louie Voice.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and internal technology, product, and business teams to develop customer-specific solutions, refine proposals, and execute strategic initiatives.

- Founder's Office Initiatives: Take ownership of high-priority business initiatives, solve unstructured problems, and convert promising ideas into actionable business opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment.
