Account Manager
Key Responsibility :
Client Relationship & Account Ownership
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, sponsors, brand partners and
the shows throughout the project lifecycle.
-Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and KPIs to ensure all podcast content, and
deliverables align with expectations.
Project & Production Coordination
-Plan, organize, and coordinate all stages of podcast production, ensuring alignment with
client objectives.
-Develop and maintain detailed timelines and trackers to ensure deliverables meet client
expectations.
-Act as the hub between clients, production, creative, and technical teams to ensure
accuracy and efficiency.
-Attend on-site shoots when necessary to ensure client experience is well-managed and
expectations are met.
Sponsorship & Brand Partnership Management
-Lead communication with all stakeholders regarding deliverables, approvals, and
campaign execution.
-Assist in developing sponsorship and partnership proposals based on client needs and
platform opportunities.
-Ensure all sponsor deliverables (logo placements, live reads, brand mentions,
integrations) are executed and approved.
Content Delivery & Approvals
-Manage the client review cycle by organizing briefings, collecting feedback, and
ensuring revisions are applied accurately.
-Coordinate the delivery of final assets, ensuring all client requirements and brand
guidelines are met.
Internal Coordination
-Work closely with producers, editors, and creative teams to translate client requirements
into clear production tasks.
-Maintain accurate documentation and archiving of all materials, approvals, and
communications.
-Ensure cross-department alignment, particularly finance, procurement, and production.
Budgeting, Finance & Admin Oversight
-Track and manage account budgets, billing schedules, and expenses in coordination with
the finance team.
-Raise PRs and follow up on POs to ensure smooth financial flows.
-Ensure all contracts and agreements for clients and partners are signed, processed, and
filed.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Prepare weekly progress reports outlining project status, milestones, risks, and projects’
updates.
-Monitor performance KPIs for sponsored episodes and campaigns.
-Provide management with insights, risks, and recommendations to optimize client
happiness and account growth.
Client Experience & Relationship Development
-Maintain professional, clear, and proactive communication with clients at all stages.
-Represent the company professionally in meetings, shoots, and events.
-Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling of new podcast
services.
