Position: Recruitment Coordinator (UAEN)

Location: Dubai - Emirates Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road

Role Purpose

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment systems, and delivering a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role also supports recruitment reporting, onboarding activities, and employer branding initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms, including the company careers page, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate shortlisting based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation for successful candidates.
• Manage communication with UAE National candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, career days, and employer branding events.
• Update and maintain the interview tracker on a daily basis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, UAE labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administration (internships may be considered).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
