5.精通Java或C#，熟练掌握Python. 掌握至少两门主流的IDE，如Eclipse、Intellij IDEA、Visual
Studio、PyCharm等，可进行BC/EAP系统的二次开发工作
6.外语能力：能读写专业技术类的英文文档和邮件
7.培训演讲：具备独立制作课件，并在部门范围内进行演讲的能力
