Founding Team

We are looking for a Product Manager (3+ years experience) to join our high-impact team. You will own key product areas and drive initiatives that redefine health benefits programs across the Indian corporate ecosystem. This role requires a balance of execution excellence and strategic thinking, with strong ownership across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a Product Charter End-to-End
Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a core product area tied to business outcomes
Drive 0→1 and 1→N Execution
Take products/features from idea to launch and scale with speed, clarity, and measurable impact
Solve High-Complexity Problems
Translate ambiguous healthcare, insurance, and user engagement challenges into simple, scalable product solutions
Lead Cross-Functional Execution
Act as the single owner across Engineering, Design, Growth, and Ops to deliver outcomes-not just features
Continuously Optimize with Data & Insights
Track key metrics, run experiments, and iterate rapidly to improve adoption, engagement, and retention
Must-Have Requirements:
3-5 years of product experience with strong ownership
Proven track record of shipping products/features end-to-end with measurable impact
0→1 or 1→N product building experience
Ability to take products from idea to launch or scale existing products effectively
Structured problem-solving & product thinking
Break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, user journeys, and execution plans
Data-driven execution
Define success metrics, analyze funnels, run experiments, and iterate based on insights
Cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments
Drive alignment and outcomes across Engineering, Design, and Business teams
Good to have:
Experience in consumer-facing or E-commerce products
Exposure to health-tech, fintech, or insurance domains
Experience with user engagement, retention, or gamification
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
Strong understanding of tech fundamentals (APIs, system design, constraints)

Build seamless primary care and OPD experiences across consultations, diagnostics, and pharmacy
Develop integrations with insurers, brokers, and healthcare partners
Drive user engagement through gamification, rewards, and wellness journeys
