We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Payroll Consultant (Junior). Reporting to the Payroll Director, the role is based in Barcelona and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporates Department and it’s growth.
Purpose of Role
Manages the assigned client portfolio and responsible for performing general payroll task for a set of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.
Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.
Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345).
Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA).
Hires & Leavers coordination.
Manages, prepares and controls Companies’ payroll registration process.
Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact.

Flexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients).
Strong attention to detail
Basic payroll Skills
Education and Professional Qualification
University education in Relaciones Laborales or similar.
Good level of English.
Proficiency of Spanish Language to be in contact with the Administration
