About the role:
You’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on high-value clients and driving strategic growth. This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll partner with customers to deliver tailored packaging solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.
Beyond maintaining strong connections, you’ll act as a trusted advisor-helping clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and achieve their sustainability goals. This is not about transactional sales; it’s about creating long-term value.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Deliver innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive margin improvements.
- Generate new business through referrals and industry networks.
- Maintain a consultative, high-touch approach focused on solutions, not just numbers.
What you will bring:
