The opportunity:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Specialities, this hands-on role puts you at the heart of our operations. As an Inventory & MRP Controller, you’ll play a critical part in shaping inventory strategy, streamlining processes, and driving efficiencies to support growth and deliver results.
- Lead and enhance the S&OP process to drive continuous improvement
- Refine forecast models using sales data, customer insights, and demand drivers
- Prepare and validate demand forecasts across multiple time horizons
- Analyse historical trends to boost forecast accuracy and reduce bias
- Execute Demand, Supply, and S&OP review meetings and ensure actions are delivered
- Upload forecasts into SAP and monitor accuracy metrics
- Profile inventory and lead obsolescence reduction programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align forecasts with sales budgets
- Support stocktake planning and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in Demand Planning and S&OP, with a track record of improving forecast accuracy
- Hands-on experience with forecast management tools such as SAP IBP, Demand Solutions, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supply chain dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
