SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Requirement and Experience
Minimum 3+ years of Software development experience working with PHP
Laravel Framework.
- Knowledge of OOA & OOD concepts.
- Good understanding of version controlling in GIT, SVN best practices.
®@ Experience in databases such as MySQL/ MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Mongo.
@ Experience in Frontend Technologies such as React Js, VueJs and jQuery,
SASS, CSS3, HTML/HTMLS.
@ Experience in developing and implementing REST APIs
®@ Experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience in working with Dockerized Environment will be an advantage.
@ Ability to work within tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
@ Ability to grasp new technologies, concepts quickly and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of database design and system architecture.
Can Do attitude will be an added advantage.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
SOFTWARE OPERATIONS
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate communication between clients and internal software teams.
Gather, document, and communicate client business requirements.
Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and technical teams.
Monitor project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding issues.
®@ Arrange client meetings, visits, demonstrations, and related activities.
Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, action plans, and management updates.
@ Follow up on client feedback, testing, corrections, and project completion.
Identify operational issues and escalate them to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Management,
@ Project Management, or a related field.
@ 2-4 years’ experience in software/project coordination, operations, client management, or a similar position.
®@ Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
®@ Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills.
®@ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of software development processes will be an advantage.
®@ Experience with project management tools will be an added advantage.
Age 28 - 40
