Job Description:

Vitalant is seeking a Facility Resource Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference. Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and environmental conditions of buildings and grounds. Support management in achieving collection goals and ensuring cost effective operations.

As a Hospital Warehouse Coordinator, you'll get to

• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to monitor work orders, provide proper work direction, and ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out.
• Maintain building utility functions, uphold cleanliness, and create a conducive working environment for employees.
• Manage warehouse inventory levels, including reordering and stocking. Load and unload supplies and products.
• Manage procurement, requisitioning, inspection and quality control of materials and supplies.
• Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records.
• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Able to lift 40lbs

REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

High school graduate or GED required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Valid in-state driver's license required.

EXPERIENCE

Six months related experience required.
