As a Market Intelligence Lead, Donor Growth Strategy, your impact is vital. You will analyze donor, market, and performance data to identify growth opportunities across geographies, demographics, and donor segments, transforming complex information into clear recommendations that guide strategic decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll develop dashboards, reports, and intelligence tools that support donor acquisition and retention initiatives, prioritize market opportunities, and measure success. The ideal candidate brings advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, expertise in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, strong communication and data storytelling abilities, and a strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and deliver actionable results in a fast-paced environment.
What to Expect:
Salary: $65,353.60 to $107,338.40
Compensation is commensurate withgeographic location, skills, and directly related experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, required.
5-7 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, strategy, growth analytics, or related functions.
Demonstrated experience developing market analyses, business intelligence reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives through data-driven insights and performance measurement.
Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Strong knowledge of market intelligence, business analytics, donor growth, customer segmentation, and performance measurement.
Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align recommendations to organizational growth objectives.
Ability to influence decision-making through data storytelling and strategic communication.
Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics and visualization tools.
