B2B Customer Operations Specialist

Here at Vivobarefoot, we're looking for a B2B Customer Operations Specialist to join our wholesale team, owning the full order journey for our wholesale accounts and helping us serve our partners with the care and precision our mission deserves.

You'll keep things moving across the full order lifecycle, resolve issues before they become problems, and spot opportunities to grow the relationships you manage.

WHERE YOU'LL PLAY

• Manage wholesale customer enquiries and the full order lifecycle - entry, changes, allocations, substitutions and ship-date confirmations

• Resolve order-to-cash issues and document actions in CRM/ERP

• Coordinate with warehouse/3PL, logistics, finance and sales to support on-time, in-full delivery

• Follow routing guides and compliance requirements to reduce chargebacks

• Qualify customer needs and recommend replenishment options and products

• Prepare quotes, follow up to close and convert service interactions into reorder revenue

• Run outbound campaigns for reorders, seasonal deadlines and lapsed accounts

• Manage the US NetSuite B2B CRM tool for US wholesale and Americas distributors

• Support weekly stock replenishment for owned retail

ALL ABOUT YOU

• 1+ years experience in B2B customer service, wholesale support or inside sales

• Strong communication, follow-through and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with CRM and ERP/order management

• Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working towards sales and activity goals with a track record of delivering results

• Some exposure to wholesale operations, logistics or working with 3PL/shipping carriers is a plus
