Задачи

  • Обеспечивать стабильную работу первой линии поддержки
  • Совмещать операционное управление и проектную работу в рамках поддержки
  • Управлять командой до 15 человек
  • Управлять метриками команды
  • Запускать новые проекты и точки входа внутри поддержки и готовить к этим запускам команду
  • Выстраивать рабочие процессы как с коллегами внутри поддержки, так и со смежными отделами

Требования

  • Управление командой от 8 человек
  • Опыт работы от 2 лет
  • Проведение 1х1, наём, увольнение
  • Проведение оценки эффективности и развития сотрудников
  • Работа с метриками: SLA, CSAT, качество, производительность. Умение интерпретировать, находить причины и решения
  • Оптимизация процессов
  • Автоматизация рутинных задач
  • Анализ обращений, умение эскалировать в смежные команды и составлять аргументацию
  • Запуск автоматизаций, новых точек входа, масштабирование
  • Переход на новые системы CRM, тикет-системы
  • Реструктуризация, объединение команд
  • Коррекция проблемных зон команды
