Задачи

  • Управление разработкой: цели, приоритеты, синхронизация roadmap с продуктовой стратегией
  • Планирование релизов и квартальных целей, декомпозиция, оценка сроков и ответственность за попадание в сроки (predictability как ключевая метрика)
  • Развитие команды: наём, онбординг, перформанс-ревью, bus-фактор
  • Техническое лидерство: участие в архитектурных решениях, контроль техдолга
  • Стратегия и приоритизация развития платформы
  • Ответственность за SLO/качество эксплуатации

Требования

  • Опыт руководства инженерной командой (тимлид / руководитель / engineering manager) в области инфраструктуры/DevOps/SRE от трёх лет
  • Хорошее знание вариантов эксплуатации сервисов в продуктивной среде - bare-metal, kubernetes
  • Опыт разработки/сопровождения инструментов деплоя и конфигурирования (helm, ansible, собственные оркестраторы)
  • Опыт построения процессов установки/обновления сложных систем
  • Идемпотентность, совместимость версий, стратегии обновления, контроль рисков
  • Опыт использования инфраструктурных компонентов: vault, etcd, cilium, calico, coredns
  • Опыт промышленной разработки на Go
