Задачи

  • Проводить комплексный анализ продукта, включая стратегические, тактические и операционные инициативы
  • Выполнять ретроспективный анализ и анализ трендов, объясняя изменения в метриках
  • Поддерживать процессы продуктового развития: планировать и проводить эксперименты, проверять гипотезы на основе данных и формировать рекомендации для улучшения продукта
  • Подготавливать аналитические отчёты для заказчиков, делая данные доступными и понятными
  • Проактивно взаимодействовать с кросс-функциональными командами, предлагая аналитические решения для достижения бизнес-целей

Требования

  • Python: работа с инструментами анализа данных, написание ETL-процессов для интеграции и обработки данных
  • SQL: создание запросов, оптимизация таблиц и структур данных
  • BI-инструменты: уверенное владение BI-инструментами для построения отчётов и визуализаций, желательно DataLens/Tableau
  • Продвинутые знания статистики: умение прогнозировать, сегментировать и кластеризовать данные, работать без A/B-тестов, когда это необходимо
  • Углублённые знания SQL: создание запросов и оптимизация работы с данными
  • Уверенные навыки работы с Python: умение построить пайплайн проверки тестирования, расчёта метрик, создания таблиц данных и так далее
  • Опыт построения отчётов и аналитики в BI-системах
  • Уверенные знания в продуктовой аналитике: знание ключевых метрик, интерпретация данных и способность доносить аналитические выводы до заказчиков

Будет плюсом

  • Знание подходов и инструментов A/B-тестирования; умение применять в работе продвинутые методы тестирования: региональные тесты, switchback, CUPED и так далее
  • Опыт работы с задачами, в которых отсутствует часть данных, умение находить их из сторонних открытых источников
  • Опыт работы в прогнозировании трендов метрик на основе текущих значений
  • Soft skills: проактивность в работе и умение находить общий язык со смежниками, организация работы над сложными проектами
