Команда RnD VK Видео отвечает за проведение исследований и поиск точек роста продукта. Подразделение максимально близко к бизнесу (ближе чем продуктовые команды). Команда RnD работает не только с внутренними данными, но и с данными всей группы компаний VK, а также с данными из внешних источников. У нас минимум операционки, большинство задач - исследовательские проекты с нуля.

Задачи

  • Исследовать данные источников, искать зависимости и находить инсайты

  • Проводить самые разнообразные исследования, основанные на данных

  • Создавать и регулярно обновлять аналитическую отчётность

  • Строить дашборды

Требования

  • Коммерческий опыт работы в анализе данных

  • Уверенное знание Python и основных библиотек для анализа данных

  • Уверенное владение SQL, составление сложных аналитических запросов - ClickHouse

  • Опыт построения отчётов в BI-системах - Superset

  • Владение продуктовой терминологией и понимание базовых метрик (DAU, LTV и др.)

  • Умение исследовать данные источников, искать зависимости и находить инсайты

  • Умение создавать и регулярно обновлять аналитическую отчётность

  • Способность взаимодействовать напрямую с разработчиками и менеджерами

  • Способность работать самостоятельно и отвечать за результат
