Задачи

  • Участие в разработке стратегии и архитектуры комплексной DevOps-платформы с нуля и её реализации (у нас амбициозные цели по переводу проектов на единый интерфейс сборки и выкатки продуктов)
  • Создание и поддержка общих интеграционных и сборочных интерфейсов
  • Внедрение практик Infrastructure as Code для обеспечения воспроизводимости и масштабируемости сред
  • Развёртывание и администрирование контейнерных сред на базе Docker, Kubernetes и внутренней системе оркестрации
  • Настройка систем мониторинга, алертинга и сбора логов для обеспечения высокой наблюдаемости системы
  • Внедрение практик DevOps внутри продуктовых команд, проработка смежных контрактов и интеграций
  • Постоянный поиск узких мест, оптимизация процессов сборки, тестирования и развёртывания для сокращения Time-to-Market

Требования

  • Опыт работы с системами Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu): уверенные навыки отладки, анализа производительности и настройки на уровне ОС
  • Практический опыт работы с Kubernetes и средами выполнения контейнеров (containerd, etc.)
  • Уверенные навыки разработки на скриптовых (Python) или компилируемых языках (Go), включая сборку, тестирование и упаковку RPM-пакетов
  • Практический опыт работы со стеками мониторинга и логирования (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch или аналогичными)
  • Уверенные навыки проектирования инфраструктурной архитектуры - способность самостоятельно отвечать за компонент на всех этапах разработки (end-to-end)
  • Знание распространённых паттернов проектирования и умение самостоятельно принимать обоснованные технические решения с учётом необходимых компромиссов
  • Развитые аналитические способности и умение решать сложные задачи: вы стремитесь выявить первопричину, а не просто устранить симптомы
  • Уверенная работа с сетевым стеком: DNS, TCP/IP, балансировка, проксирование, TLS
  • Практический опыт работы с S3
