Business Development Executive - EU Funding & Investment Programs

We are now seeking a commercially minded Business Development Executive with a banking, auditing, or financial-services sales background to drive our B2B growth in EU funding programs and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify B2B prospects - Target companies eligible for EU funding, subsidies, and investment incentives through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Engage senior stakeholders - Build trust with CFOs, Finance Directors, Owners, and senior decision-makers.
• Assess funding eligibility - Understand client financials, business models, and investment plans to match them with suitable EU programs.
• Prepare tailored proposals - Develop customized presentations and commercial offers aligned with client needs and available funding schemes.
• Collaborate with consulting teams - Work closely with our EU funding experts to align opportunities with program requirements.
• Manage pipeline & reporting - Track KPIs, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and monitor conversion metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Banking, Auditing, Financial Services, or similar advisory environments.
• Experience selling financial or consulting solutions - e.g., corporate lending, investment products, risk/audit services, or business advisory.
• Strong financial understanding - Ability to interpret financial statements, business plans, and investment needs.
• Excellent communication & negotiation with confidence engaging senior executives.
• CRM & MS Office proficiency - Salesforce experience is a plus; strong PowerPoint & Excel required.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
