Manager, Business Consulting

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, manage key projects, and contribute to strategic business development. This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility and visibility within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of business plans, viability studies, technical-environmental reports, and financial strategies for client organizations.
• Supervise the implementation of projects, providing expert guidance and ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations tailored to client needs, capabilities, and limitations, supported by concise reports and presentations.
• Evaluate and oversee the identification of new business opportunities, assessing associated risks and ROI potential.
• Manage a team of consultants and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the company in client meetings and high-level stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in management consulting and/or EU funding programs, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework regarding co-financed projects and structural funds.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office; strong writing and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills; highly organized, results-driven, and collaborative.
