What you’ll be doing

• Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers independently with strong articulation, confidence, and presentation skills. 

• Digital marketing experience with MarTechplatform implementations (Adobe/SFDC), including solution design and implementation, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). 

• Strong database expertisein SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar technologies. 

• Experience in marketing database design, including querying, aggregations, filters, joins, key definitions, and indexing. 

• Logical programming knowledge using JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies, along with proficiencyin HTML/CSS. 

• Ability to understand complex data models, preferably XDM (Experience Data Model), and align them with marketing campaign objectives. 

• Familiarity with creating business rules and conditional logic to personalize customer journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors. 

• Ability to identifyopportunities for process and solution improvements and advocate best practices. 

• Strong collaboration skills with business and technology stakeholders across the organization. 

• Excellent implementationcoordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
