What you’ll do
As a Cloud Engineer within Vodafone, you will:
- Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable and automated infrastructure solutions across public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure and GCP, as well as private cloud environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible and scripting.
- Build and maintain monitoring, dashboards and automated alerts.Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, supporting service stability and availability.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, QA and operations teams.Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, scalability and cloud costs.
Who you are
- You have at least two years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience with Linux, scripting and automation.You are familiar with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tools.
- You understand monitoring and observability solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus or ELK.
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant cloud, Kubernetes or Terraform certifications are an advantage.
