Senior Product Activation Manager

About this Role

We require a proactive and structured Product Activation Manager to support the delivery of cross-portfolio activation initiatives across Vodafone Business.

This role sits within Product Enablement and reports into the Senior Product Activation Manager. It is focused on supporting the execution of strategic activation programmes by coordinating workstreams, maintaining delivery plans, preparing activation materials, tracking progress and helping ensure that markets have the information, tools and guidance they need to execute effectively.

The Product Activation Manager will work across multiple portfolios and initiatives, supporting major growth and transformation priorities that require strong coordination across Group, OpCos, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Product and Partnership teams.

The role will help translate program objectives into practical deliverables, support market readiness activities, and ensure that activation plans, actions, risks and dependencies are clearly documented and followed through.

Success in this role will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, collaborative working and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment

What you’ll do

This role will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of cross-portfolio activation programmes aligned to Vodafone Business priorities.
• Coordinating inputs across Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, OpCos and partner-facing teams.
• Supporting the preparation of market activation materials, playbooks, readiness packs, sales enablement inputs and communication assets.
• Helping track market readiness, adoption, feedback and delivery progress against agreed milestones.
• Providing clear updates, summaries and insights to support programme governance and leadership reporting.
• Capturing learnings, feedback and best practices to improve activation assets and future programme execution.

The successful candidate will be organised, collaborative and delivery-focused, with a strong interest in go-to-market execution, transformation and cross-functional programme delivery. They will be comfortable working with different stakeholders, managing detail, supporting senior colleagues and helping turn strategic priorities into practical execution across markets.

Who you are

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Coordinate defined workstreams, ensuring activities, owners, deadlines and dependencies are clearly tracked.
• Maintain programme documentation, including project plans, status reports and stakeholder trackers.
• Prepare and consolidate inputs for activation playbooks, market readiness packs, enablement materials and programme communications.
• Support engagement with OpCos by gathering feedback, tracking readiness and helping resolve or escalate execution issues.
• Coordinate meetings, governance forums and follow-ups, ensuring clear notes, actions and next steps are captured.
• Monitor programme progress against agreed milestones and highlight risks, delays or gaps to the Senior Product Activation Manager.
• Support reporting and performance tracking through clear dashboards, summaries and data-driven updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and proposing practical improvements to tools, templates and ways of working
