VodafoneThree - Procurement Lead - 12 Months FTC

Location: Newbury or Glasgow + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.

What you’ll do

You’ll step into a truly meaningful role where you’ll nurture and shape procurement strategy for a key customer account, while helping build one of the UK’s most exciting and future-focused telecom organisations. In a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create value, strengthen relationships, and bring thoughtful, well-balanced decisions to life.

• You’ll thoughtfully lead and guide procurement and commercial strategy for a key account, balancing cost, quality, and long-term value
• You’ll take ownership of end-to-end contract journeys-gently steering everything from negotiations and onboarding to renewals and transitions
• You’ll build trusted, authentic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, creating a culture of collaboration and shared success
• You’ll partner with commercial and account teams to identify growth opportunities and support sustainable account development
• You’ll approach negotiations with confidence and empathy, finding solutions that work for everyone involved
• You’ll proactively care for supplier performance, ensuring compliance while fostering resilience and continuity
• You’ll anticipate risks early, thoughtfully putting in place supportive mitigation and contingency plans
• You’ll play an active role in audits and governance, ensuring ethical, secure, and inclusive practices across the supply chain
• You’ll use insights and data to encourage continuous improvement and help shape a forward-looking procurement function
