What you’ll do
In this role you will act as the bridge between Business and IT, owning and shaping demand by co-creating solutions that deliver business value. The Product Manager is responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements and driving delivery within an Agile environment.
More specifically you will:
- Act as the primary liaison between Business stakeholders and IT teams
- Capture, shape, and co-create demand with the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Analyse business needs and translate them into clear product requirements and features
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to define optimal solutions
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value
- Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning)
- Support the definition of features and user stories, ensuring clarity and readiness for development
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
- Monitor delivery progress and support issue resolution and decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working and Agile maturity
Who you are
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Experience in requirements analysis and solution definition
- Good understanding of Agile frameworks
- Experience working with Solution Architects and development teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Exposure to AI and automation tools for enhancing product processes, insights, or decision-making is considered a plus
