What you’ll do
As a Martech Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the most exciting areas of digital marketing, where technology, data, and customer experience come together. You will support the team in delivering digital marketing technology solutions across web and mobile channels while learning how analytics, personalization, experimentation, and customer data platforms enable better customer experiences. Working alongside experienced Martech professionals, Product Owners, developers, analysts, and UX designers, you will contribute to real business initiatives and build a strong foundation in modern marketing technologies.
- Support digital analytics, personalization, and customer experience initiatives across digital channels.
- Assist in monitoring, validating, and improving Martech implementations and data quality.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation activities by helping prepare analyses and documenting insights.
- Assist with audience segmentation and personalization initiatives using customer data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, and UX.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support ongoing projects.
- Explore emerging Martech, AI, and digital marketing trends, sharing ideas and best practices with the team.
Who you are
- Curious about digital marketing, customer experience, data, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data and eager to learn analytics and Martech platforms.
- Passionate about AI and excited to explore how it can improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
- A collaborative team player with good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to receiving feedback, taking initiative, and continuously improving.
