What you’ll do

The challenge for you:

• Shape The Future Pipeline of Value - You'll play a key role in identifying, shaping and preparing initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business. Working with stakeholders across multiple functions, you'll help transform ideas, challenges and opportunities into clear, deliverable requirements.

• Champion Customer-Centric Thinking - You'll help ensure customer needs remain at the centre of decision making. By understanding journeys, pain points and business objectives, you'll influence how initiatives are defined and prioritised before they enter delivery.

• Drive Demand Management & Prioritisation Readiness - You will work closely with the CX Delivery lead to understand roadmaps and business priorities for both the Communications squad and all other Value delivery channels across the organization (e.g Value Stream & AD). You'll own the intake and coordination of new initiatives, ensuring all work entering the squad is clearly defined, understood and ready for prioritisation. You will create transparency across the demand pipeline and help maintain focus on the highest-value opportunities.

• Enable Successful Planning & Delivery - You'll work closely with Product Owners specifically the Communications & CX Value Delivery PO , Value Stream product & business owners, project managers, stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure initiatives are appropriately sized, understood and prepared for planning activities. Your ability to create clarity and alignment will be key to enabling successful delivery outcomes.

• Build Strong Stakeholder Partnerships - You'll become a trusted partner to stakeholders across business and technology teams, supporting discussions, facilitating workshops and helping drive consensus around customer and business priorities.

• Identify Risks, Dependencies & Opportunities - You'll proactively identify dependencies, assumptions and risks while also uncovering opportunities to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency and business performance.

• Continuously Improve How We Work - You will work with, and support the Communications & CX Value Delivery PO to implement and drive identified opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, team performance and the overall experience of working within the squad. You'll help evolve and improve demand management, planning and discovery processes, ensuring teams can respond effectively to changing priorities while maintaining focus on value delivery.

• Governance & Continuous Improvement - You'll be accountable for maintaining a healthy, transparent and prioritised Product Backlog, ensuring upcoming work is clearly defined, appropriately sized and ready to support planning and delivery activities. You will monitor backlog health metrics, identify gaps, aging demand or refinement issues, and work with stakeholders to maintain a steady flow of high-value opportunities entering delivery.

What you need:

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Project Coordinator or similar role.

• A passion for improving customer experiences and delivering measurable business value

• Ability to balance customer, commercial and operational considerations when defining solutions.

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and customer requirements.

• A good understanding of Vodafone billing - processes and systems, would be advantageous but is not essential.

• An understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.

• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

• Experience creating features, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using Jira.
