About this Role

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the end-to-end sales order process by validating information, coordinating with support teams, raising requests, and ensuring timely order progression. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining data accuracy, supporting sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Review and validate order information received from sales teams.
• Coordinate with support teams to facilitate efficient order delivery and issue resolution.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the sales process to ensure activities are completed within agreed service levels.
• Support a customer-centric experience by ensuring queries and issues are addressed effectively.
• Provide operational support to Sales and Delivery Operations teams when required.
• Submit account and material creation requests and process clean orders within designated business systems.
• Maintain systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Conduct quality checks and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Support process improvement, simplification, and data validation activities, including sales commission-related checks.

Who you are

• Knowledge of commercial operations and sales support processes.
• Understanding of telecommunications industry trends, drivers, and Vodafone Business products and services.
• Experience in a sales support, customer-facing, or technology/telecommunications environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Power Apps is advantageous.
• Knowledge of telecom operations, order-to-cash processes, customer journey mapping, and customer excellence principles.
