About this Role

We are seeking an individual to support Sales teams by enabling accurate, timely, and high-quality order processing across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Support teams, and Delivery Operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you will do

• Review and validate order information received from Sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate closely with internal Support teams to enable timely order progression and delivery within defined service levels.
• Act as a point of connection across teams involved in the sales process to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Submit clean and validated orders into relevant business systems, including BSP.
• Raise requests for account and material creation where required.
• Maintain up-to-date records across systems to reflect the latest order and customer information.
• Perform quality checks to support consistency and accuracy across team outputs.
• Provide ad hoc operational support to Sales and Delivery Operations as needed.
• Participate in team and operational meetings to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to data validation activities supporting sales commission calculations and process improvement initiatives.

Who you are

• You bring experience or working knowledge of the telecom domain, particularly within Order-to-Cash processes.
• You demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and take ownership of resolving issues to enhance customer experience.
• You are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
• You are confident using Microsoft Excel and have a strong digital mindset.
• You are open to learning tools such as Power Apps and contributing to process simplification and efficiency.
