Role Purpose/Business Unit:

Responsible for driving Fixed Connectivity revenue growth through the identification, development, negotiation, and management of wholesale connectivity opportunities. Manage customer and partner relationships, business case approvals, pricing, forecasting, and commercial performance across the product lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional engagement to support solution delivery, revenue assurance, billing, and customer onboarding while identifying growth opportunities, managing commercial agreements, and maintaining sales, costing, pricing, and support documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for managing strategic accounts and delivering profitable, long-term business from those accounts
• Ensures delivery of annual revenue targets through delivery of full product mix.
• Establishes appropriate relationships with customers in Vodacom and leverages those relationships to ensure maximum financial return from Vodacom customers.
• Works collaboratively to set up service relationship for nominated accounts.
• Provide input to help with decisions about new propositions, product mix and services for customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 5 - 8 years experience in Account Management
• A 3 year commercial (Bachelor of Commerce /Business Science, IT) Degree or Equivalent qualification will be an advantage.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

• Experience in solution sales and relationship management with a track record of solution selling.
• A broad understanding of the ICT Landscape and Strategic ICT enablers.
• A thorough understanding of converged and networking technologies and services.
• Demonstrated understanding of important financial concepts, the IT&T environments, purchasing practices and industry specific aspects of corporate customers.
• Understanding of the Value Chain Analysis with regards to various customer businesses.
