UC & Voice Solution Sales Specialist

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a Unified Communications Solution Sales Specialist to drive new business and expand Vodafone's communications portfolio across enterprise, mid-market and public sector customers.
This is a value-based sales role, focused on customer outcomes rather than product features. Success comes from understanding business challenges, shaping commercial value propositions, and partnering effectively with internal specialists, account teams and technology partners to deliver transformational solutions. This approach mirrors Vodafone's outcome-led specialist sales model.
What you’ll do:
Drive New Business Growth:
Identify, develop and close new UC and collaboration opportunities.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Engage business and technology stakeholders to uncover strategic communications challenges.
Grow Existing Customer Relationships:
Expand Vodafone's UC footprint within existing mobile, fixed and networking customers.
Identify opportunities to modernise legacy voice environments and contact centre platforms.
Drive customer adoption of cloud collaboration and digital workplace solutions.
Lead Value-Based Customer Conversations:
Position communications and collaboration solutions as business enablers, not technology projects.
Quantify outcomes such as:
Improved employee productivity
Enhanced customer experience
Hybrid working enablement
Operational efficiency
Business resilience and continuity
Cost optimisation
Shape End-to-End Communications Solutions:
Work alongside Vodafone specialists and partners to design and position solutions including:
Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
Microsoft Teams Calling and Operator Connect
Cloud Voice Solutions
Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS)
Digital Workplace Collaboration
Customer Engagement Solutions
Managed Communications Services
These align closely with Vodafone's UC portfolio, which combines voice, collaboration and contact centre capabilities into an integrated communications offering.
Orchestrate Internal and Partner Resources:
Work closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, Product Specialists and Delivery teams.
Leverage Vodafone's partner ecosystem to create differentiated customer outcomes.
Ensure solutions are commercially viable, deliverable and aligned to customer objectives.
Who you are:
Proven success in B2B technology, telecommunications, collaboration or cloud solution sales.
Experience selling complex transformational solutions rather than transactional products.
Track record of new business acquisition and account expansion.
Knowledge & Expertise:
Ideally, experience in one or more of:

Commercial Capability:
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
