About this Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic senior-year undergraduate students for a 6-month Work Experience internship within our Human Resources in HR Operations to support system-related activities and assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, system updates, and offboarding. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR reporting, data integrity, and process improvement within a global organisation.
What you will do
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
Prepare and update employment records for hiring, transfers, and terminations.
Support the generation of weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and maintain data accuracy.
Participate in system updates and user acceptance testing for new releases.
Collaborate with payroll by providing relevant employee information.
Engage in HR projects and initiatives related to systems and process enhancements.
Who you are
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Languages or Business Administration.
- Strong Italian language skills (B2, C1 or C2)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with HR systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills is preferrable.
Interest in HR analytics and process optimisation.
Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
