Als Programma manager Information Security bij VodafoneZiggo geef jij richting aan onze belangrijkste cybersecuritytransformatie. Je leidt het RISE-programma dat onze security structureel versterkt en ons helpt te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving zoals NIS2. Je stuurt meerdere werkstromen aan die samen zorgen voor een sterkere securitybasis: van het oplossen van kwetsbaarheden in applicaties tot het bouwen van nieuwe securitycapaciteiten en het verbeteren van compliance. Je zorgt voor structuur, planning en prioritering over alle werkstromen heen. Je bewaakt voortgang, risico’s, budget en afhankelijkheden en zorgt dat alles op tijd en volgens afspraak wordt gerealiseerd. Je schakelt direct met de CISO, senior leadership en externe stakeholders zoals toezichthouders en aandeelhouders. Je zorgt voor duidelijke rapportages, besluitvorming en escalaties waar nodig.
