Role Overview:

We are seekingan experienced and highly organized Project Manager to leadmultiple concurrent, multidisciplinaryengineering projects

that spansoftware, hardware, mechanical design, systems engineering, and verification and validation.

The role requires coordinating interdependent technical workstreams across the full product development lifecycle, aligning cross-functional teams, managing interfaces and dependencies, and driving projects to successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintaincomprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for multiple simultaneous engineering projects.
• Monitorand track project progress on a regular basis, proactively identifyingrisks, blockers, and deviations from plan.
• Facilitatecross-team communication and coordination to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, status, and decisions.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reporting to engineering and business leadership.
• Coordinate the purchasing of project materials, equipment, and services in collaboration with Finance, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, purchase-order requirements, vendor processes, and project cost tracking.
• Support NetSuite integration with project management workflows and oversee timesheet administration to ensure accurate

  labourallocation, project costing, invoicing inputs, and management reporting.

• Lead project status meetings, prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Escalate issues in a timely mannerand work with engineering leads and leadership stakeholdersto develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurateand up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and change logs.
• Definingand enforcingproject managementbest practices, processes, and tools across all managed workstreams.
• Drive accountability among team members to meet commitments and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualification Requirement:

• 3-5years of project management experience, with a strong track recordof delivering complex technical or engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Hands-on experience supporting complex physical product development programs that integratesoftware, hardware, mechanical design, systems engineering, and verification and validationworkstreams, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or other regulated engineering environments.
• Canadian Security Clearance is required.
• Demonstratedexperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiencywith project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches), along with a practical understanding of the systems engineering V-model, including requirements traceability and the alignment of design and integration activities with verification and validation.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and tracking costs.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Proficiencywith project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar), including experience with NetSuite integration and timesheet management for resource tracking, project costing, and reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualification:

• Background in software, hardware, mechanical design, systems engineering, or a relatedtechnical discipline.
• Experience working in a technology-driven organization or startup environment.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows, software development lifecycles, and technical project constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours of Work, Work Environment and Potential Travel

• The position is an onsite role, and the Employee is required toperform their duties primarily at the Company’s designated workplace, as directed by the Company.
• The standard work schedule consists of forty (40) hours per week, typically performed Monday to Friday, subject to operational requirements.
• From time to time, the Employee may be requiredto maintainreasonable flexibility in working hours to support operational needs, time-sensitive activities, or business priorities.
• This role may involve occasional travel, as needed.
