Taonga: the Island Farm is an immersive exploration and adventure game set on a colorful tropical archipelago.
What begins as a casual farming experience gradually evolves into a rich, multi-layered adventure. Players discover increasing depth through travel, story-driven quests, strategic battles, engaging mini-games, competitive events, and much more-transforming the game into a captivating midcore adventure with sophisticated mechanics.
We are looking for a talented 3D Artist to join our marketing team!
Responsibilities
Full-cycle creation of stylized low-poly environment assets-including landscapes, vegetation, buildings, props, and decorative objects-based on concept art:
high-poly and low-poly modeling, retopology;
creation of optimized UV layouts;
creation of model textures and environment surface textures.
Maintaining a consistent visual style across the project.
Creating and maintaining internal asset libraries.
Requirements
Strong modeling skills in Autodesk Maya or Blender.
At least 2 years of experience as a 3D Artist or in a similar role.
A portfolio showcasing environment and vegetation models.
Experience creating stylized low-poly environment assets.
Solid understanding of composition, form, color, and lighting.
Proficiency in Substance 3D Painter.
Basic hand-painted texturing skills.
