Senior Quantitative Developer (C++)

Summary of Job Functions
Develop software, primarily in C++ and Python
Work with teams in the Research department on a variety of software and data engineering projects
Create and/or maintain engineering and operational documentation, where applicable
Significantly contribute to software design and architecture
Assist research teams with production deployments and production support
Provide technical guidance to research teams
Minimum requirements
Deep understanding of software development techniques and design patterns
Understanding of the HW/SW Interface and memory management
Experience with C/C++
4-year college degree or higher
Preferred skills and previous experience
7+ years of recent software development experience
Deep understanding of C++
Experience with parallel programming and asynchronous patterns
Degree in Computer Science or Physics
Strong math background
Participation in computer competitions
Background in computer graphics (Open GL, DirectX) or GPU computing
Cloud computing experience
