About the Team
You will join Volvo Trucks Digital Management, the organization responsible for end-to-end digital product management, architecture, and digital investments that accelerate business value creation across Volvo Trucks.

Within the organization, you will be part of the Digital Services & Service Contracts digital product team and report to the Director of the function.
About the Role
As Digital Product Manager Digital Services, you will own the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Volvo Trucks commercial capabilities around Digital Services.
Working closely with business leaders, users, architects, and development teams, you will identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and ensure our digital products create value for customers, sales organizations, and the business.
You will be a key driver of digital transformation, helping Volvo Trucks strengthen customer relationships and improve commercial performance through modern digital capabilities.
What You'll Do
Set the Direction
- Define and drive the digital products vision, strategy, and roadmap for the commercial solutions serving Digital services.
- Identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and business performance.
- Drive product prioritization based on business value, customer needs, data and measurable outcomes.
Deliver Measurable Business Value
- Measure and realize product value through outcomes and OKRs.
- Use data insights, analytics, and feedback to guide product decisions.
- Ensure digital products deliver exceptional user experiences and tangible business benefits.
Lead Through Collaboration
- Partner with Service owners, price management, Sales, solution specialists, Digital teams and external partners.
- Build strong relationships, create engagement and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across business and technology stakeholders.

- The portfolio is in a transformation mode with several upgrades ongoing. A clear product strategy and roadmap have been established and aligned with business priorities to secure a successful deployment and roll-out of the next generation of solutions.
- Explore and leverage new opportunities through data, innovation, and AI technologies.
- Stakeholders across Service Management and Digital teams are engaged and working toward shared goals.
- Key Digital Services’ initiatives are successfully delivered with measurable business impact.
- Product decisions are driven by customer insights, data, and outcome metrics.
- Solution adoption and business confidence in the product continue to grow.
- SAP BRIM capabilities are leveraged more effectively to support customer engagement and commercial excellence.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong customer mindset and a passion for turning business ambitions into digital solutions.
You thrive in environments where you can influence, collaborate, and lead transformation. You like getting things done and delivering value fast. You are equally comfortable discussing Services sales strategies with business leaders as you are working closely with development teams to define priorities and outcomes in digital products.
We Believe You Bring
- Proven experience in Digital Product Management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong Knowledge of subscription-based services and order-to-cash processes and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge and experience from agile product development and modern product management practices.
- Experience from Agentic AI Development and/or AI Harness Engineering.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders at different levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decision-making.
- Experience working with OKRs and value-based product management
- Experience and good knowledge about ERP systems, preferably in the services sales area. Experience from SAP is considered an advantage.
