We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth by uncovering new client opportunities and building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. This is a fast-track opportunity with a clear path to promotion to Account Executive within 9 months for high performers.
Your Mission: Your primary mission is to create momentum at the top of our sales funnel through strategic outbound activity. You will prospect target companies, map key decision-makers, and initiate meaningful discovery conversations to uncover customer goals and pain points. By effectively positioning VONQ’s solutions, you will set up qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. This is an ideal role for an energetic sales talent with 1-3 years of experience looking to make an impact in the fast-growing recruitment marketing software space.
What You Will Do:
- Pipeline Generation: Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and video touchpoints) to identify and engage target enterprise accounts.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment challenges and assess solution fit.
- Value Proposition Delivery: Clearly communicate the VONQ value proposition, making it relevant to HR, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment leaders.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to seamlessly hand over qualified leads, ensuring clear notes and context.
- CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate prospect tracking, record outreach activities, and track pipeline metrics in Salesforce/HubSpot.
What We Look For:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or sales development (SDR/BDR).
- Experience in SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Marketing, or Agency environments is preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient hunter mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
- Exceptional curiosity, active listening, and strong time-management skills.
- Extra Points: Prior exposure to Recruitment Marketing technology, AI tools, or consultative frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT).
