If so, we invite you to explore this opportunity to join Vontobel’s Client Content Center as a Junior Product and Analytics Specialist for our Institutional Clients Segment. In this role, you will be exposed to our Investment Boutiques, which manage over CHF 110bn of client assets across the globe, with a focus on the Multi Asset Boutique.
You will run reports on investment and client data, contribute to process automation, and help deliver high-quality client communications while collaborating with global stakeholders across Client Portfolio Managers, Content Operations & Marketing Enablement and Investment teams, with a focus on the Multi Asset Boutique and the Swiss Institutional business.
What would your role be?
- Support client meetings and reporting activities, through data analysis and the preparation of client-facing materials.
- Contribute to the enhancement and automation of reporting and presentation processes, helping to improve efficiency and the quality of deliverables used across the business.
- Gain hands-on experience in transforming and analyzing investment, fund and client data, translating complex information into clear and meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance presentation content and reporting materials, supporting the continuous evolution of marketing and client communication tools.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong quantitative focus, preferably in Finance, Sciences or Engineering
- Experience in working in a data management and/or processing role and interest in the asset management sector
- Entrepreneurial mind with problem solving skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Structured personality with the ability to work on multiple tasks and to effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Porfolio Management software, Bloomberg and programming/scripting languages (Python or Matlab) are a plus
- Equipped with graphic skills to improve product presentations
- Familiar with AI tools and techniques to improve efficiency (automation, agents, reviews, etc.)
- Fluent in English and German; Italian, Spanish and/or French is a plus
