Junior SAP Specialist – Financials (RMCA)

We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP Specialist - Finance (RMCA /FI-CA) to join our team.

Role insights:

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA (Revenue Management - Contract Accounting) especially FI-CA (Finance - Contract Accounting), supporting the operations of A1 Group across multiple countries.
• Support senior SAP team colleagues and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
• Document functional and technical specifications.
• Participate in analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving ABAP-related issues for custom solutions.
• Support the team in ensuring system stability, data integrity, and process optimization.

What makes you unique:

• Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field, with interest in IT systems and financial processes.
• Basic accounting knowledge, especially in accounts receivable.
• Prior SAP experience is welcome, particularly exposure to ABAP.
• Strong willingness to learn and self-develop.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
• English language is mandatory, German and/or Croatian are a plus.
