Im Detail erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen mit ABAP, ABAP OO, SAPUI5 und SAP Fiori
  • Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen auf Basis der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Erstellung technischer Analysen für Lösungen im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld
  • (Weiter-)Entwicklung unseres Lösungsportfolios - von der Analyse und Konzeption bis zur Produktivsetzung
  • In der Konzeption, Analyse und beim Testen von Schnittstellen hast du direkten Kundenkontakt - zusammen mit der zuständigen Beraterin bzw. dem zuständigen Berater entwickelst du Lösungen, die wirklich passen.

Für diese Position ist keine Reisetätigkeit erforderlich.

Du brennst für neue Technologien und verstehst es, aus Kundenanforderungen konkrete, smarte Umsetzungskonzepte zu entwickeln? Perfekt - dann passt du zu uns!

Dank deiner mindestens 5-jährigen Erfahrung als SAP HCM Developer (m/w/d) in ABAP / ABAP OO bist du fit in den Modulen PA, PY und PT und kannst dein Wissen gezielt einbringen.

Neben deinen umfassenden Entwicklungskompetenzen überzeugst du mit folgendem Profil:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Wartung der SAP HCM Module PA, PY und PT (z. B. Infotypen, BAdIs, Transporte, Cluster, logische Datenbanken wie PNP/PNPCE, HRForms)
  • Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Know-how in der Schnittstellenentwicklung (OData, RESTful APIs, SOAP, ALE/IDocs) sowie in SAP BTP und CPI
  • Erfahrung in der SAP Cloud Entwicklung (SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, ABAP Webdynpro)
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
