Мы ищем ведущего аналитика данных/Тимлида для формирования и проверки текущей отчетности команды Блока медицины. Вам предстоит собирать данные из разных баз и тестировать корректность работы метрик.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Формирование отчетов из различных баз данных для Блока медицины
  • Поддержка админов
  • Проверка текущих отчетов и новых с точки зрения корректности работы
  • Тестирование отчетов
  • Управление группой аналитиков

Что мы ждём:

  • Продвинутый Excel: сводные таблицы, Power Query, Power Pivot
  • Базовые знание SQL
  • Опыт работы с СУБД: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • Умение работать с разнородными источниками (DWH, песочницы)
  • Понимание принципов построения DWH и витрин данных
  • Навыки контроля качества данных: профилирование, проверка полноты/целостности, разбор инцидентов
  • Опыт работы с BI-системами и технологиями OLAP
  • Умение строить дашборды и самостоятельно обновлять OLAP-кубы

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы в ДМС, понимание основ страхового рынка
  • Аналитическое и критическое мышление, внимательность к деталям и ответственность за корректность выборок и отчётов
