About the Role:

We are seeking a Global Campaign Intern to support the Global Marketing Campaign Team in connecting the dots between campaign results and cross-team collaboration to make sure campaigns run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the fintech/brokerage industry. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and organise results from ongoing and completed promotions.
• Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and summaries for internal sharing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Social Media, EDM, Content, Creative) to ensure campaigns are communicated and executed accurately.
• Support the team in preparing toolkits and campaign briefs for regional teams.
• Handle administrative tasks related to campaign setup and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring live promotions and flagging issues or inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum commitment of 3 months, but candidates available for a longer internship period (i.e. 6 months) will be preferred.
• Full-time applicants preferred, but part-time applicants (min. 2/3 work days a week) are also welcomed.

Nice to Have:

• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, promotions, or campaign support.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or campaign management platforms.
• Basic understanding of financial services, trading, or brokerage promotions.
• Experience in creating simple reports or dashboards.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
