Обязанности:

  • проведение обследований и расследований инцидентов, аварийных ситуаций и нарушений процессов;
  • формирование предложений по устранению системных причин проблем и оптимизации ключевых ИТ-процессов (от разработки до эксплуатации);
  • участие в совершенствовании системы внутреннего контроля для повышения прозрачности и управляемости ИТ-производства;
  • участие в развитии и актуализации методологии оценки эффективности и зрелости ИТ-подразделений;
  • подготовка комплексных аналитических отчетов, материалов и презентаций для руководства.

Требования:

  • высшее образование (техническое, экономическое, управленческое);
  • опыт работы от 3 лет в одной или нескольких областях: ИТ-консалтинг, внутренний/внешний аудит, внутренний контроль, бизнес- или ИТ-аналитика;
  • глубокое понимание процессов ИТ-производства: разработка (DevOps), эксплуатация, управление инцидентами, изменениями (ITSM/ITIL);
  • опыт подготовки презентаций и аналитических отчетов для руководства;
  • знание стандартов и методологий (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, CMMI);
  • владение SQL или Python будет преимуществом.
