- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/cao đẳng Công nghệ thông tin hoặc ngành liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm Fullstack: Node.js (Express/NestJS) + React.js.
- Có kinh nghiệm tích hợp hệ thống: REST API, SQL/NoSQL, kết nối dịch vụ bên thứ ba.
- Thành thạo sử dụng AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot,...); hiểu về AI Agent và có khả năng đọc, ứng dụng code Agentic vào công việc.
- Viết clean code, có tư duy hệ thống, kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý vấn đề tốt.
- Chủ động, cầu tiến, trung thực; làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp hiệu quả.
